What appliances do you repair?
We repair refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, washers, dryers, and garbage compactors. We service virtually all major brands — gas and electric. If you’re unsure whether we handle your appliance, just call and ask.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all metro Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Black Forest, Monument, and Palmer Lake to County Line Road, and east to Peyton Highway. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, give us a call and we’ll let you know.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Please call us directly at (719) 494-1588 and we’ll walk you through our current service call and diagnostic fee structure. Nikki can answer this question and provide any other pricing information you need before booking.
How long does a typical repair take?
Many repairs are completed in a single visit, often in under an hour. More complex jobs or repairs requiring special-order parts may require a return visit. We’ll be upfront about timing when we diagnose the problem so you always know what to expect.
Is it worth repairing my appliance or should I replace it?
That depends on the age of the appliance, the cost of repair vs. replacement, and your situation. We’ll always give you an honest assessment — if a repair doesn’t make financial sense, we’ll tell you. We’re not here to take your money on a repair that won’t last.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service. Please have your preferred payment method available when the technician completes the job.
How does the military discount work?
Active-duty and retired military personnel receive 10% off labor on all repairs. Simply mention your military status when scheduling your appointment or when the technician arrives. Please note this discount does not apply to rental properties.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Our standard 90-day warranty covers both parts and labor on the specific repair performed. If the same issue recurs within 90 days due to the repair or parts, we’ll return and fix it at no additional charge. Warranties do not apply to rental properties. A lifetime warranty on parts is also available at an additional cost — ask us about this option.
