Refrigerator-icon

Not Spinning or Agitating

A washer that fills but won’t spin or agitate usually has a worn drive belt, broken lid switch, faulty motor coupling, or failing motor control board.
Dishwasher-icon

Not Draining

Water sitting in the drum after a cycle points to a blocked drain hose, clogged pump filter, or failed drain pump motor.
Range-icon

Leaking Water

Leaks from the front, back, or bottom often stem from a torn door boot seal (front-loaders), faulty water inlet valve, or loose hose connections.
Refrigerator-icon

Excessive Vibration or Walking

If your washer shakes violently or moves across the floor, the shock absorbers, suspension rods, or drum bearings may be worn or broken.
Dishwasher-icon

Won't Start or Fill With Water

A washer that won’t start or fill may have a faulty lid/door switch, bad water inlet valve, control board failure, or a tripped thermal fuse.
Range-icon

Loud Banging or Grinding Noise

Rhythmic banging during spin often signals worn drum bearings or a broken spider arm. Grinding may indicate foreign objects in the pump.
Refrigerator-icon

Clothes Coming Out Too Wet

If clothes are sopping wet after the spin cycle, the spin speed may be inadequate due to a worn belt, bad bearings, or a control board error.

Not Dispensing Detergent

Clogged dispenser drawers, a faulty dispenser solenoid, or low water pressure can prevent soap and fabric softener from reaching the drum.

Drain Pump & Filter

Test pump motor; clear lint and debris from pump filter and drain hose.

Lid/Door Switch & Latch

Verify switch continuity and door lock mechanism engagement.

Water Inlet Valves

Test hot and cold inlet valves for proper flow and valve solenoid function.

Shock Absorbers & Suspension

Inspect shock absorbers and suspension rods for wear; check drum balance.

How much does a washer repair cost?

Our pricing is straightforward and fully transparent:

per appliance ($199 on military bases)
Parts and any additional labor are extra and will be fully itemized in your estimate before any work begins.

$89 Estimate-Only Charge per appliance ($129 on military bases)
This applies only if you choose not to proceed with repairs. Discounts do not apply to this charge.

10% Military Discount applies to labor charges for active-duty and retired military. Discount does not apply to rental properties.

What warranty comes with a repair?

Every repair includes a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue returns within 90 days due to the repair or parts, we come back at no charge. A lifetime warranty on parts is also available for an additional charge — ask when we provide your estimate. Warranties do not apply to rental properties.

What if I get an estimate but decide not to repair? ▾

If you choose not to proceed after our technician diagnoses the problem, the estimate-only fee of $89 per appliance ($129 on military bases) applies. Discounts do not apply to this charge. If you do move forward with the repair, only the repair charge applies.

How soon can you come out?

We strive to schedule service as quickly as possible — often same-day or next-day depending on availability. Call or text Nikki at (719) 494-1588 and she’ll get you on the calendar fast.

My washer won't spin — what's the most common cause?

A washer that won’t spin is often due to a broken drive belt, failed lid switch (top-load), or a door latch issue (front-load). It could also be an out-of-balance load triggering the safety switch. We’ll pinpoint the exact cause quickly.

My front-load washer smells musty — is that fixable? ▾

Yes. The most common cause is mold buildup in the door boot seal. We can replace the seal and advise on preventing recurrence through proper maintenance habits.

My washer stops mid-cycle and won't restart — what's happening?

Mid-cycle stoppages are often caused by a failing lid/door switch, a tripped thermal overload, or a control board issue. We’ll diagnose and fix the root cause — not just clear an error code.

Do you repair both top-load and front-load washers?

Yes. We service all configurations including top-load, front-load, and high-efficiency (HE) models across all major brands.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all metro Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Black Forest, Monument, Palmer Lake to County Line Road, and east to Peyton Highway. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, just call and we’ll confirm.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service.
